Linux Implementation of NFSv4_OPEN

• open(): by filename, possibly with O_CREAT or O_EXCL flags

• NFSv4 OPEN: also by filename, contains fields functionally equivalent to O_{CREAT,EXCL}. 

• Would like NFSv4 OPEN's to correspond 1-to-1 with open() syscalls.
